Upon acquiring said dog. Buyer assumes full responsibility for it's health and well being
from the day the dog is taken home. Buyer has received said dog in good health and upon
signing the agreement, seller is not liable from this day forward of said dogs health or
actions. Von Jagermeister Haus gives the buyer 48 hours to have the above described
dog vet checked for soundness and health. If for any reason except for worms,coccidia
or girardia the above described dog fails the vet check, either a full refund or a
replacement dog will be given. However after 48 hours all sales are final and under no
circumstances will cash be refunded. However a replacement pup will be given up to
7 days for parvo or distemper. If the said dog was shipped and the above dog fails
the vet check then buyer is responsible for all shipping cost. Seller will not refund
any shipping cost and or any vet cost of said dog. Any money buyer puts out for
vet bills on said dog is buyers responsibility. Von Jagermeister Haus guarantees
the above said dog against hip and elbows for up to two years from date of birth
of said dog. A replacement dog will be given of equal value. You can return said
dog or keep said dog and still receive a replacement dog. Before receiving replacement
dog I must get a report from a licensed orthopedic vet. Seller may request a second
opinion of seller choice. Said dog must stay on NU Vet vitamins for at least 2 years
for Guarantee to be valid. Other Terms_____________________________________________

The above deposit is non refundable and is to hold said
dog or spot in waiting list for a up coming puppy.
IF for some reason the mother does not produce a
litter your deposit will be carried over to the
next litter. If for some unfortunate reason the
dog dies you can pick out a new puppy of equal
value as soon as one is available. The remainder
will be paid in full in cash at the time the puppy
is picked up or shipped.If you need to pay by cheek
then it is to be sent two weeks ahead so it can clear
before the puppy goes home or is shipped.The above said
dog is AKC registerable and will be current all shots and
worming and comes with a 2 yr hip and elbow guarantee.
Pup must stay on Nu Vet vitamins up to 24 months of
age for guarantee to be valid.Shipping cost are buyers
responsibility and not included in cost of pup and or dog.
